Sola Awofala provides financial and wealth management advice and services to key clients of the firm. Previously, Mr. Awofala was a Vice President in the Asset & Wealth Management division of ThinkEquity, where the group developed innovative investment strategies and managed investment portfolios for high net worth clients, trusts and foundations. During his investment career, Mr. Awofala was a Vice President with Bank of America, Premier Bank & Investments/Private Bank, working with high net worth clients. He also joined Babcock & Brown as an investment banker, and worked with the Private Client Groups of Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers where he was a Vice President. Mr. Awofala began his professional career as a corporate lawyer with Grangewoods in London, practicing in finance, investments and real estate transactions. He was born in England and was educated at the College of Law in London and the City of London Business School. He holds a B.A. in Business Law (Honors) and an Honors degree in Business Studies.
Charles "Bruce" Woodward
Bruce Woodward has served the needs of high net worth investors, families and their enterprises for over 35 years. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Mr. Woodward worked with Del Monte Corporation, Sunset Magazine and Botsford Ketchum Advertising. In 1982, Mr. Woodward started as a financial advisor, working with several leading firms: Kidder Peabody, Prudential Securities, Paine Webber/UBS, and Wells Fargo. He is very active in several Bay Area community organizations such as The Guardsmen, the Olympic Club, Bohemian Club, and Golden Gate Wine Society. Currently he serves as Trustee of the San Francisco Maritime National Park Association. Mr. Woodward previously served in various civic organizations, including: CPMC Hospital, Sacred Heart Schools, UOP School of Dentistry, Palo Alto Financial Planning Council, Atherton General Plan Committee, Pets Unlimited, Gladstone Institute, and Sausalito Wine Experience. He received a B.A. in Advertising from San Jose State University.

Lee Root leads Art Investments within the Real Assets group and is the Chief Financial Officer and President of the firm. Joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Root procures key works for clients and the Corporate Art Collection at the firm, in conjunction with overseeing the preparation and filing of financial reports. Previously, Mr. Root served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of investment bank Waldron and Co., Inc. He also joined FINRA (formerly known as the NASD) and worked as an associate examiner on both coasts. Mr. Root began his career in the securities industries with John Hancock Financial Services. He received his B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.

Wendy Paskin-Jordan is the Founder of Paskin Capital Advisors. Previously. Ms. Paskin-Jordan was a Managing Director & Partner of Montgomery Asset Management. She was a key member of the Executive Committee which grew assets from $2.5 billion to $10 billion in four years. Ms. Paskin-Jordan was the Director of the Private Asset Management division, the hedge fund area, and developed the sports and entertainment division. She also worked with Wells Fargo Bank, where she wrote the business plans for the newly reorganized Wells Fargo Securities and for the newly created Overland Express mutual funds. She established the first mutual fund joint venture with Stephens Inc. to distribute mutual funds through the major Wall Street wirehouses. She managed the first national wholesaler distribution network of mutual funds, and managed marketing and compliance for the mutual fund division at Wells Fargo. As part of her responsibility, she conducted focus groups and managed the launch of Wells Fargo Nikko Investment Advisors (WFNIA) tactical asset allocation products to the retail investor network. Ms. Paskin-Jordan began her career as Legal Counsel to Bechtel Corporation. Currently, Ms. Paskin-Jordan serves as a Board Member of the AAA Northern California, Nevada, and Utah (NCNU), and AAA Club Partners (ACP). She serves on the Corporate Board of Real Property Funds II, IV, and V, sub-advised by Buchanan Street Partners. Ms. Paskin-Jordan is also an Advisory Board Member for Harvest Funds Management, and PIMCO RIA Advisory Board. She served on the Board of Barclays Global Investors until it was acquired by Blackrock late 2009. In 2010, Ms. Paskin-Jordan was appointed by then San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom as Commissioner of the San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System. In 2014, she was reappointed to the Retirement Board to serve another 5-year term. She was also recognized as one of the top 100 businesswomen in Northern California by San Francisco Business Times in 2005. Ms. Paskin-Jordan is a graduate of Stanford University, University of California Hastings School of Law, and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.
Zach Reynolds is a key member of the investment team at Paskin Capital Advisors. Zach Reynolds is a portfolio analyst and partner at Paskin Capital Advisors where he actively engages with clients and works closely with money managers. Previously, Mr. Reynolds held internship positions in Northern Trust's San Francisco and London offices. Prior to that, he led the business development and marketing outreach efforts for a private wealth management team at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Reynolds graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development.

In 2010, Nadine Terman co-founded Solstein Capital, and she serves as CEO and CIO. At Solstein, she oversees both investment and operations functions and leads the firm as a Managing Member. Previously, Ms. Terman was a Partner with Blum Capital Partners and served on its Investment Committee. For over eight years, she invested in both public and private companies and worked extensively with portfolio companies' management teams and boards on business, financial, and governance initiatives. Prior to Blum Capital, Ms. Terman was a private equity Associate with Behrman Capital. She also worked as an Analyst with both Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. Ms. Terman has a B.A. with Honors and with Distinction from Stanford University and was recognized with the Firestone Medal for Excellence in Research and as Phi Beta Kappa. In addition, she earned an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
J.C. Torres co-founded Solstein Capital, where he is a key member of the investment team and leads the firm as a Managing Member. Previously, Mr. Torres was a Vice President at Blum Capital Partners, where he invested in both public and private companies. He led investments in multiple industries and sectors, and he worked closely with portfolio company management teams on operational and corporate governance initiatives. Prior to joining Blum Capital, he founded Triton Global Capital, LLC and managed a focused, value-oriented long/short portfolio. Mr. Torres also worked with SAFECO Asset Management. He earned a B.A. in Philosophy and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
As Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations, Sandra Southworth oversees the internal operational functions at Solstein Capital, including investor relations, technology, compliance, and human resources, and has been with the firm since its fund's inception. Previously, she served as Investor Services Coordinator at Blum Capital Partners and was with the firm for over nine years, responsible for key fundraising activities, marketing efforts and the investor communications system. Prior to Blum Capital, Ms. Southworth served as the MarCom and Events Manager at Spike Broadband Systems, a wireless technology firm. Ms. Southworth holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) designation.
Rui Yang is a Vice President of Investments with Solstein Capital. Previously, she served as Investment Officer III at California Public Employee Retirement System’s (CALPERS) investment office for five years. While there, Ms. Yang was responsible for managing global macro investments across rates, currencies and commodities for the internal global fixed income and inflation programs that invest in developed, emerging and frontier markets. She developed new investment programs that received multi-billion dollar internal allocation. Prior to joining CalPERS, Ms. Yang was a trader and structurer with Citigroup Global Markets in New York, where she structured, traded and risk managed interest rate and foreign exchange derivatives. Ms. Yang earned a B.A. in Biological Sciences and Economics with Wellesley College and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Ms. Yang is a CFA® charterholder.
Alex Salinas is an Associate with Solstein Capital and works across all facets of the investment process, from sourcing to due diligence to position monitoring. Previously, Mr. Salinas worked across wealth management, venture capital and technology companies where he learned the fundamentals of equity valuation and options strategies. Mr. Salinas completed his studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara where he earned a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in History.

Jeff Pinksa is the Founder of Tioga Partners and brings over 15 years of equity capital markets, sales, and private and public market transactions experience. Prior to forming Tioga, Mr. Pinksa was a member of the Sharespost executive team where he successfully built and oversaw the private securities group, as well as managed the firm’s key institutional investor client relationships. He originally joined the company to spearhead the institutional secondary placements effort.
Prior to focusing specifically on the private market, Mr. Pinksa spent over a decade in institutional equity sales at Stifel Nicolaus, Adams Harkness and Wells Fargo Securities, covering some of the country’s largest hedge fund and mutual fund investors, focusing on dissemination of the equity research product and investment idea generation, as well as distribution of IPO, secondary, and private placement offerings for public and private companies. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder.
